We held off longer than most carriers in initially implementing the current fuel surcharge. To be as fair as possible, we have a variable fuel surcharge which fluctuates weekly based on fuel prices. Our customers recognize the necessity of fuel surcharge, all they ask is that it is applied fairly, and feedback about our weekly variable method had been favourable.
