Image scanning of documents has been in place since June 2001. Currently, customers can access scanned copies of proof of delivery by simply faxing or e-mailing our customer service department. Service representatives will promptly e-mail or fax the electronically scanned proof of delivery back to the customer.
Totalline has EDI 204, 210 and 214 capabilities. Customers are able to trace shipments by any one of the following: shipment date, consignee, bill of lading number, and/or purchase order number.
