What do I do if the shipment is damaged?

If you notice damage upon delivery of your shipment, proceed as follows:

  • Ask the Totalline driver to inspect the contents with you.
  • Write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and Totalline Transport's copy of the delivery probill.
  • After the delivery has been made, contact Totalline Transport's Customer Service (OS&D) team at your local Totalline Transport terminal to determine if an inspection and formal written report are required.
